The rates listed are for an eight-hour rental, inclusive of two hours for set-up, a five-hour event, and one hour for cleanup. We offer customizable packages to accommodate varying time requirements. Guaranteed minimums for bar sales must be met to secure the bar rental, which can be achieved through an open bar option or by placing a deposit and allowing patrons to run separate tabs.
